Where? So, by now… Basically all of us either have Android devices or iPhones. And most of us have Instagram installed on them since it’s one of the most popular apps in the world. It’s been for quite a while and as it looks like, it will stay that way. For those who don’t know much about it… It’s an addictive little program, everything’s visual. And what women, gay guys and those who are curious have in common? Desire for attractive, handsome men. Popularly called, eye-candies! Of course there are a lot of straight guys who follow us for fitness inspiration. Our name is, after all, Fit Studs.
What and who? Since 2014, we share pictures of beautiful boys and handsome men on a daily basis. Not here to spam but to appear frequently on the Instagram feed and satisfy or at least, entertain. That’s how we’ve gathered a great following for this IG page. We’re on other social networks and blogging platforms too, as of today, 50k+ followers respectively. Back to our audience. It’s girls and guys who enjoy good looking dudes, usually without shirts. Think that’s what Instagram dislikes, the word shirtless. That’s why we don’t use it there, but it’s a fact 90% (if not more) of the shared males are shirtless and in amazing shape. I don’t think IG (or any other online platform for that matter) should think of us as NSFW, since there’s nothing wrong with the photography we publish. Just plain simple, pretty boys.
Negativeness? We’ve had our fair share of drama during this first year of existence, that’s for sure. Most recently, Fit Studs has been accused of racism and objectifying male bodies. Both partially true, I must admit. 90%+ of the guys are caucasian. That’s just how it is. A fan came into our defense and said how: We post what WE like – mostly white men. But we’re not really racially limited, there’s pictured proof (the irony). And about the other thing… We’re kinda proud we can objectify men. It was a femist who came into this conclusion, how not only women are getting judged or seen as sex symbols.
What, again? What we like in a man is masculinity, good body shape including abs, muscles, v-line etc. They’re also healthy looking, and usually visibly confident, preferably with an attitude. These pictures are picked very carefully, and we can assure you nothing innapropriate will appear in your Instagram feed. So, follow us and enjoy only positive vibes and visuals from us.
Fit Studs. Your daily dose of men.
